About Prajakta
I was fortunate to grown up eating most healthy meals made with ultimate precision and love by my mother who is excellent cook and yoga teacher. I have been watching the way she cooks from childhood. That has inspired me to cook. By profession i am Software engineer but i have become hardcore cook :) Love to cook and eat different cuisine. Master in cooking different dishes from many parts of the world Indian,Thai ,Italian, American, Mediterranean. I have also studied how different food stuffs affects different doshas (life airs) in body as per Aayurvada. I want to share this knowledge of food yoga, as i call it, to those who are interested.
As the saying goes "You are what you eat.", it's very important to see what goes into our system. I want to contribute to the society in positive way by teaching way of cooking that nourishes the body, refreshes the mind and gives happiness to the soul. We can make a difference in our life and others just by cooking with proper consciousness and thus bring happiness to our-self, our loved ones and others.
