About Chef Ryan
The cirriculum is built around the students favorite dishes, what strengths they have in the kitchen, & focus on the motive for wanting to cook more. The goal is to make them as comfortable as I am in the kitchen.
Getting others to cook for themselves with passion and flavor behind each dish.
Traveling the world as a youth my palate is open to all cultures. Attend 2 culinary schools, working for 10 restuarants from diner to high end. Food will always be a tasteful learning experience. Even if it's as simple as understanding the flavors of your favorite toast.

I would ask them to comprise a list of 4-5 dishes they love eating, or always wanted to cook. See what they have learned. Then create a syllabus for the class from there. Giving a basic understanding of the dish or a complete detail tutorial where they would make certain things from scratch. All based on the curiosity request of the stupid.
