I have over 20 years experience in the kitchen(from prep to executive chef,its been a long journey.),I have also been employed as a culinary arts instructor at a private school for special needs and at risk youth teaching kids k-12,where I taught a vegan/healthy eating class !
I can introduce you to techniques and cuisines from all over the world,How to shop smart and on a budget,and how to eat healthier (if thats what your goal is.).
