About Lisa

We are a family business and want to share our passion and love of all things food. We have a line of salsas and we also create other products for large companies. When you frequent the markets some of my private label products are sitting on store shelves.

Creating an experience of confidence and opening the mind to exploring other cuisines and the affinity to overcome barriers and embrace foods you resist. As a picky eater, I understand how difficult it may be to try new foods. I will let you in on a secret as you elevate your palate your need for new experiences becomes a common theme in everyday life. And soon traveling becomes part of this equation.

d so glad I did. I love to share my knowledge and passion for cooking and creating the perfect experience in every bite.

I was taught in-house and not formally. On the job. I also have experience in large scale productions and how to design a dish, scale up for production, and perfect recipes. I work for companies where I need to create products and use this ability all the time so products come out consistently. I am certified as a good process for ph and low acid foods.

About the lesson

Getting to know what they would like to learn as well as their comfort level in the kitchen. Make sure they are comfortable working with me. I tend to have fun while I'm teaching. I want them to gain confidence and go into tougher dishes.

I've worked with children but mostly with adults. I've done team building events for 100 people. I taught them how to make tamales and work as a group. I've also taught groups and store staff how to use my products. Demi's.

Make sure they understand your concerns, wants and needs so they you will gain knowledge, confidence, and a true love for creating new dishes.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
i think if you have a concern with anything you need to discuss and ask. I am very open and if I have a question I will ask too. Open communication for a great cooking session is essential. We're there to learn and also have fun. And maybe meet a friend or two.

I do not have a standard pricing because it depends on how difficult and the cost of ingredients. There are a lot of factors involved in pricing but I am going to shoot for a fair price.
