About Elisabetta

As a professional Italian chef I provide my clients with fun hands-on cooking lessons.

Classes range from Antipasto( Crostini, Bruschetta, Torte Salate Quiche) to make your own Pasta from scratch, a main course of meat (meatballs, veal shanks, cotolette alla milanese) or fish and desserts.

HOW DO I TEACH?

First I demonstrate the techniques, then you will roll up your sleeves and work with me to cook your meal.

I believe infact that the only way for someone to really learn how to cook is by preparing the meal yourself.

You will learn about Italian cuisine.

I am 100% Italian. I was born and raised in Vicenza, Italy and moved to Atlanta in 1994.

I returned to Italy in 2011 and with my boyfriend we run the Ristorante San Marco 1957 ((concealed information) Roberto and I spend the summer running the restaurant overthere then I come back to Woodstock, GA to teach August to March and then Roberto joins me for the cooking classes in October,

What I have chosen to teach in my classes are dishes that can be easily made at home, using ingredients that you can find in most general stores (Publix, Kroger, Aldi, Trader’s Joe, Whole Foods and Farmers Market).

My intention is to guide you through the class and teach you how to cook an original and delicious Italian meal in no time.

To cook at home is in fact not only healthier but it can also help you to save money at the end of the month.

WHO PARTICIPATES TO MY CLASSES?

I have all kind of people: singles, couples or friends who want to have an experience together, stay at home moms, VP, CEO. Each person will enjoy the experience of cooking and eating while meeting new friends.

The class runs from 3PM to 6PM.

After class we will taste the meal that has been prepared,

The quote per person is 100$ and includes all of the ingredients.

I do not serve beverages, so BYOB.

For certain foods price can slightly vary because of the cost of the products,

I required a minimum of 5 confirmed participants per class.

Class is confimed with payment.

I am also available to teach one-on-one. In this case the quote will vary and it will depend on what you want to learn.

I enjoy working with people and see their smiling faces at the end of the class, when they realize that they have actually cooked an amazing meal all by themsekves. It is priceless.

I have always had the passion for cooking, and since I have arrived in Atlanta in 1994 I have offered my services to private clients who were looking for something special and unique: a real Italian meal.

After moving back to Italy in 2011, I have been working for the Ristorante San Marco 1957 in Sestri Levante, Genoa (Italy) as a chef. Now I spend few months in Italy and the rest of the year I teach in the USA.

About the lesson

Cooking lessons offered by Elisabetta are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Holly Springs. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
