I'm passionate about what I do. Scratch cooking is from the soul hence Soul Food from the heart something to pass on heat to soul to soul to heart.
I'm a Johnson and Wales University, Denver. I've worked from Mom and Pop restaurants, Hotels, Major Chains, Country Clubs, Memory Care Facilities. All have been great learning experiences, that I'm proud to carry with me.
