I have always loved teaching others and in any job I've had, found a way to incorporate training and education. When I founded Santosha, it was obvious that I wanted education and teaching others to be a big part of the mission.

I am have a certificates in plant-based nutrition and health & wellness from eCornell as well as a background in the hospitality and culinary industry.

About the lesson

As a vegan chef, I love learning about people's interest in plant-based eating and how I can help them to re-create they're favorite dishes using plants and learn new ones.

I have worked with all ages, group sizes and skill levels.
