Pier Giorgio Manna has been involved in the restaurant business since 1964. He has owned and operated several restaurants in northern Italy, for approximately 35 years. He is also a certified Professional Sommelier.

Pier is an excellent, authentic chef!!
Incredible attention to detail. Instructs by allowing hands on involvement,; it is more than just watching someone cook. Great knowledge of beverages as well as food such as wine pairings. Explains the reasoning of preparational step and the associated history of regional dishes.
