About Mariah
Hi! I'm Mariah Meyer, a current Marine Biology Major at CSULB. I love science, and I want to help anyone struggling in both high school and middle school. I have lots of experience in Marine Biology and Biology courses, but I also know a great amount of Chemistry. I am from the Long Beach Area but I am more than willing to travel to your home or meet you somewhere!
I can offer tutoring in the following classes:
-Marine Biology (thats my major!)
-Biology/AP Bio (I've taken so many Bio classes)
-Chemistry (completed general and organic chemistry in college)
-AP Environmental Science (I took this class in high school and received a 5 on my exam)
I want to help others succeed, especially in science because I know how hard these classes are but I have a passion for teaching them! Its always a great feeling when your student aces a test or exam as well!
I have worked with children and high school students for over 5 years. I was a public programs instructor and taught science.
