About Susannah
I truly enjoy teaching and helping students because I understand how overwhelming and difficult school can be at times. I always go above and beyond for my students and am not afraid to spend hours working on a homework set in preparation for a session. I work hard to be the best asset to a student, helping them acheive their goals of understanding material better and working on important skills study and test taking strategies.
I have been in school a long time and have needed assistance here and there. No matter who you are, education is and should be a collective effort, not a solo venture. I love learning, but I know it isn't always fun and so I enjoy helping people find their passion and confidence in learning.
I have completed a BS in Biomedicine with a minor in chemistry and have also completed a Master in Public Health with a focus on epidemiology. I have spent all of my working time in the medical field and stay current with anatomy & physiology, biology, epidemiology, and other health related sciences.

My first step is to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals. I make sure that I have the appropriate knowledge to effectively help them. I usually have them send me a syllabus or a specific homework to gauge the material they are working on. I simultaneoulsy talk to them about my schedule and try and work out a time that is convenient for both of us.
