About Jodi
I love teaching boxing to people who have never even put gloves on or watched a boxing match. Once you take that first class, the hard part is over.
My trainer asked me to step in and teach his class for him and the rest is history
I've done fitness kickboxing for 3 1/2 years, trained with professional boxer/kickboxers for 2 years, and am working on becoming a certified group class instructor..

I do some strength training with dumbbells to create muscle memory, then I teach proper technique. Then do some rounds on the heavy bag to add power to the routine. Then finish off with some core work.
Mostly beginners. Men, women, and teenagers.

Details
Each 60 minute class is $20 drop in. You can buy 5 get 1 free or buy 10 get 2 free punch cards as well. Each 1 hour one-on-one session is $60.
