About Rocky

I have 15 years of real world fight training. 5 years of amateur boxing and several years as a pro fighter. Ive been coaching and working with pro and amateur mma fighters and boxers for the last 8 years. All training is in a full fight gym equipped with heavy bags and a full size ring. If your goals include being a fighter, a better fighter, self deffense or just getting in shape I can help you reach those goals.

I love passing on the knowledge that i have gained because i cant take it with me.

I was a fighter for 4oz fight club for a few years. I had the most knowledge and skills in pure boxing and was asked to coach the fighters as well as the boxing classes for non fighters.
