About Bryan
Our individual training helps our clients grow in their own way yet remains challenging. As a military veteran, i learned to work with many persons and train them according to their learning curve while achieving the same aptitude across the board. Our clients have fun while developing a new skills and getting in awesome shape is just a great byproduct.
I love seeing a client develop and see their progress. For example, it's amazing how a client who may have trouble jumping rope at first, completes a 100 jumps straight which translates into their footwork when striking.
