About Kwani
Killabees Boxing began in 2011 by the grandson of legendary boxing trainer "Jimmy O", who is a former boxer and is certified as a Coach and Trainer by the United States Amateur Boxing Federation. In addition, Killabees Boxing has been involved in the sport of boxing since the 1970s.
I began teaching when people started asking if I would teach them.
I am a certified USA Boxing Instructor and have been involved in the sport of boxing for over 40 years. I was introduced and taught boxing by my grandfather the legendary Jimmy O'Pharrow.

I find that talking to a client and finding out what their needs are will allow me to create a program tailored made for them. Once I'm able to assess their needs, then I can walk them through the process. I start slow and depending on the progress I adjust based on the learning curve.
I work with the young and old.
I would advise any student that is interested in boxing is to make sure that they are physically fit and approved for this type of activity by their primary care physician.
I began teaching my young grandson who is five years old and now hes teaching others. Definitely a proud moment.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The only question a student should ask is if they are really comitted to learning the science of boxing.
