About Stephen

One on one sessions focus on you and your position of desire. Work on all fundamentals. Focus on conditioning, speed and endurance. I have a love for sports so I love what I do. I will focus on helping you achieve your goals

I was a football/Basketball player that has so much love for the game. I played on the pro, college, high school, middle school, and the youth levels. I have also coaches the game on the youth and middle school levels. I have studied the game and still to this day study the game. This is something I put my heart into. I want to help students get in shape and prepared to play on the next levels.

The love of the game. Sports has always been a part of my life. Fundamentals are important. I played and want to do what I can to help the next generation of athletes.

I have played football for over 20 years and coached it for 6 years. I played on the college and semipro level. I still study the game daily to learn more. I also played multiple sports including track so I know a lot about conditioning and endurance.

About the lesson

I work on conditioning the player the make sure he/his is in shape. I focus on speed and endurance. And I help with the fundamentals of the position of your desire.

I work with some college football players, I high school, middle school, and 12 and under. I also have other athletes like track and basketball players
