The thing I enjoy the most is the reaction the athlete has when he or she has learned something on the spot! I enjoy going above beyond exceedingly and abundantly!! I also enjoy the big brother big sister relationship. I believe it takes a village and I'm just doing my part!

The typical process includes an introduction. After that we will go through a basic program to see the athletes level of expertise. After the assessment the athlete will fall under beginner or intermediate. I will explain the rules and regulations. Thus starting your journey to a better U!!
