About Christian

Welcome! My name is Christian Sanacora and my mission statement when it comes to coaching is to help the younger generation of pitchers increase velocity, educate on injury prevention, teach pitchers to be in the strike zone more consistently, and overall help athletes reach their potential through a health first, science backed approach. To date I have been coaching baseball at multiple levels for over 5 years. I started my coaching journey in 2019 where I was a partner and pitching coordinator for Long Island Scouts Academy. Following that, from 2023-2024, I was a NYSED certified pitching coach for the Newfield High School JV team. Currently, I hold the pitching coach position at my alma mater, John Jay College. Personally, I played college baseball at the NJCAA level for Suffolk County Community College and at the NCAA D3 level for John Jay College. I am now branching out and entering the one-on-one lesson space at Premier Sports and hope to help elevate your game.
