About LJ
I offer a unique way that players can grow not only their physical tools and skills. But I offer a way for them to grow their mind and the self awareness about their own skills that will create a path to make great improvement.
I enjoy comparing the movements of my players to the best players in the game. I enjoy hearing that they think it is cool how great players like Mike Trout, Mookie Betts and Ronald Acuna Jr all display some of the same mechanics. And that is how I base my instruction, is so that we hit all the same mechanical checkpoints that the best in the game do.
I have been in the Colorado Rockies organization for the past 4 years and I have been doing lessons with youth/high school players for the last 3 years. I have several mentors that I use that have tough me the science of a swing and what needs to happen to get the most out of every swing.

So what we do is that the players sends me some video of them hitting either at a facility, in the back yard, or at a game and I dissect what is happening throughout their movements. I find things in the natural swing that are positive and I also find things that we can work on. Once I have done that I will send a voice over video of their hitting using slow motion and edits so that I can show the player what is happening, why it is happening, and the outcome of what is happening.

So the way my pricing works is that if you send me video and I go over it and send back my feedback and drills, I will have the player Venmo me $20. Not only do I send them video of themselves but I will send video of some drills and video of the best players in the world and how my players can benefit from learning the same tools that they have.
