About Jon

I offer a unique and personalized approach to baseball instruction. I believe in working with the player on various drills then giving you the parent some key exercises / drills you can take home with you that can help your child get those reps. Your child will be given obtainable goals for them to absolutely crush. This builds the confidence they need to fall in love with the process of being built into a super star player, teammate, and student. They will learn to "trust the process" when they see quick results in specific areas.

Watching a kid develop as a player with confidence as they learn the most difficult game to play is one of the most rewarding aspects of coaching. I enjoy turning the underdog into the player to lookout for.

10+ years coaching T-Ball players with little to no experience. Have coached over 200 kids at this level.

About the lesson

I will conduct a brief assessment to learn what your child needs from me right away. I want fo understand what they understand before I teach them anything. This is very important. A typical instructional hour with me you may see a football, tennis ball, or frisbee on the field with us.

I have coached and instructed players 3-18.
