About TJ

My service is unlike any other because I provide a complete training regimen to develop young athletes into better men, as well as better baseball players. I believe that being a good teammate and good baseball player has many correlations to life and how to become a better person. I want to teach as many people as I can.

I like being a positive influence to people and I enjoy helping other young athletes develop. The reward that I get from working with younger athletes is very fun for me and I want to be a light to as many kids as possible. I want success for every person I work with.

I have a passion for helping kids get better and for them learn the game of baseball.

I have played baseball my entire life and I still continue to learn about the game. I would like to say that I know a lot about the game, but there is just so much more to learn. I want to share as much knowledge that I have as possible and I want to help kids learn the game that I fell in love with.

About the lesson

I take the young athletes through a professional dynamic warm-up routine and arm-care routine, and then we move into proper throwing and pitching mechanics. Focusing on the fundamentals is huge part of success because every good athlete does the basic fundamentals perfectly. After that, we work into some fielding practice. Lastly, we do a professional post-throw routine in order to maintain a healthy future.

I have worked with Little Leaguers, middle schoolers, and high schoolers.

Learn as much as possible about how to be a good teammate and wake up every day with a strict goal to be better than everyone else.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should consider:

1. Am I committed to putting in the effort needed to get better?
2. Are you willing to learn?

3. Do you have dreams of playing baseball long-term?

4. Will you give your best effort no matter what?
