Experienced tutor in Acting in Los Angeles, Sean offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I just don't know how to start. Sean Whalen is a hell of a guy. He is the kind if teacher that truly sees potential in everyone and works to help you meet it. He is devoted to comedy and incredibly supportive of his students. He is like uncle/dad. But for students. I highly recommend taking a class with him, it will be a great experience and you may very well learn something about yourself along the way.

Sean shares so much inspiration, support and opportunity with those he teaches. He really cares and works so hard to help push and encourage those who put the work in. I have never experienced a teacher who puts so much time and effort into helping others. Something Sean says often that I will always remember... "be a good person that people want to be around."

Meeting Sean Whalen was one of those unexpected moments in my life that has forever changed my craft and life approach in ways that have surpassed my expected dreams. Learning from Sean has removed so much fear and replaced it with courage and creative vigor. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to learn from someone so dedicated, encouraging, challenging and hilarious among so many other outstanding qualities that Sean possess! He truly is a one of a kind human and industry leader..

Sean is a great teacher! I learned to listen and the meaning of true comedy and improv. He cares about his students and never lets us down. He has a great way of explaining things to use when we don't understand. He pushes us when he needs to and always makes us feel welcome.
