My journey into teaching I consider to be of inspiration and that resonates deeply with the heart of education. My own experiences and struggles as a child with learning disabilities have shaped a profound commitment to ensuring that every student receives the attention and support they deserve. By dedicating 32 years to this mission, I have focused on making a significant impact on countless lives, fostering an environment where each child feels valued and capable. About the lesson

My approach to teaching math from 3rd to 8th grade is to be truly inspiring and student-centered. By incorporating real-life situations into my lessons, I help students see the relevance of math in their daily lives, making the subject more relatable and engaging. The "I do, you do, we do" methodology is a fantastic way to scaffold learning, providing students with clear guidance, opportunities for independent practice, and collaborative problem-solving. This method not only builds confidence but also fosters a supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable exploring and asking questions. By making lessons fun and innovative, I am not only teaching math but also nurturing a lifelong love for learning in my students.
