I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a specialization in vocal performance and have been teaching singing for over 7 years. My experience ranges from training children and teens to coaching adults and semi-professionals. I’ve worked in various settings including music schools, community centers, and private studios, helping students develop their voice in both solo and ensemble contexts. My teaching philosophy emphasizes vocal health, musical versatility, and emotional connection. I tailor each session to match the student's learning pace and artistic goals, blending proven vocal methods with creative exploration. Each singing lesson is thoughtfully structured to help students grow both technically and expressively. We begin by exploring core vocal techniques, including posture, breath control, tone production, and vocal warm-ups tailored to your voice type. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or returning after a break, the focus remains on building a strong foundation while nurturing your unique sound and musicality in a positive, supportive space.
As lessons progress, students are introduced to more intricate aspects of vocal performance such as vocal agility, dynamic control, resonance, and diction. We incorporate exercises drawn from classical, contemporary, or genre-specific styles depending on your preferences. Repertoire is chosen collaboratively and strategically, ensuring each piece challenges and develops your voice while allowing you to connect emotionally to your music.
Advanced students can delve into stage presence, microphone techniques, interpretation, and harmonization. We also work on performance preparation, audition coaching, and artistic confidence. Lessons are flexible and personalized, using tools such as recordings, vocal analysis, and guided practice plans to track progress. Every session is aimed at equipping you with tools that go beyond singing—into expressive, confident, and mindful musical storytelling.
