About ChengYu
Hello! My name is ChengYu, and I’m a passionate science and math tutor with over five years of experience helping students reach their full academic potential. With a background in Physics, I bring strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of how to teach it effectively. I specialize in science subjects—including physics, chemistry—as well as mathematics. Many of my students have gone from struggling to scoring full marks (15/15) on their exams in Taiwan. My teaching approach focuses on logical thinking, clear explanations, and custom strategies for each student.

I always start with logical diagrams and guided questions to lead students through the material step by step. Science and math can seem full of complex formulas, but I simplify them by turning them into memorable sentences or logical connections, making them easy to recall and apply. My goal is to train students to think, not just memorize.
