About Zach

I am a student with an A in GCSE physical education, I attained an A in my AS a level sports science also. I played rugby for and with Bath rugby(academy rugby) for three years also representing Surrey rugby, Dorset and wilts (County rugby). I was not only professionally trained I was also professionally educated on nutrition, psychology and physiology in and surrounding sport. I have learned a great deal from my experiences with various teams. I am now looking to help others improve and save for my university fees.

About the lesson

My teaching method varies for every single student athlete that I meet and is therefore tailored to each specific client. I tend to work practically often getting involved to help reinforce important information. I am a very sociable trainer and always want to get to know my clients on a more personal level to really make sure that he/she thrives and is confident working with me.
