I know Ekam is very passionate about yoga since years. She is sincere about her work and knows her job well. She has also done courses in Teacher training for yoga from Rishikesh, ,which is a place for yoga in India.

I took private one-to-one sessions for 3 months with Sunita over lockdown to improve my flexibility and mobility but to primarily deal with some acute shoulder and back pain I developed as a result of working from home.

I cannot recommend her enough! Her experience and wisdom in the field is very apparent. She is extremely informative on the asanas she asks you to perform and makes yoga fun! I've developed a sustainable half an hour stretch routine which I perform in the mornings consistently due to which my back and shoulder ache has reduced by almost 90%.
