I try to understand what my student's needs our. I first try to make a base of the language by introducing them with basic structures and chapters. I then try to examine them at every stage so that i can catch hold the lackings and work on them at initial levels itself. I do not tend to create pressure among students, examination can be oral, quizes or normal chit chats too. Learning should always be fun.
