About Majida

Hello and Welcome! My name is Majida, and I am an experienced English and Math tutor with over two years of teaching students in primary and lower secondary school. I am passionate about helping children build both their knowledge and their confidence in these subjects. My lessons are carefully structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, ensuring that learning is both effective and enjoyable. I teach entirely in English, using clear explanations, practical examples, and engaging activities to help students grasp concepts quickly and retain them long-term. About the lesson

I believe every child learns best when lessons are interactive, enjoyable, and tailored to their individual needs. My methodology focuses on breaking concepts down into simple, clear steps and using practical examples so that students not only understand the material but also gain confidence in applying it independently. I make learning fun through engaging activities, structured exercises, and positive encouragement, ensuring students stay motivated and excited to learn. I teach entirely in English, providing clear explanations and guidance for all topics. In a typical lesson, students can expect a balance of guided instruction, practice exercises, and interactive learning. For English, this may include reading comprehension, writing activities, spelling and grammar practice, and vocabulary building. For Math, I focus on problem-solving, times tables, mental strategies, and exam-style questions. Each session is personalized, adjusting the pace and activities depending on the student’s level, strengths, and challenges. My lessons are aimed at primary and lower secondary students (Grades 1–6), including those preparing for school entrance exams or international programs. What makes me unique as a tutor is my ability to create a safe, supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and steadily improving. By the end of each lesson, students will leave with not only stronger subject knowledge but also greater confidence in their learning abilities.
