About Lindi
My name is Lindi and I am an experienced tutor who has worked in education for most of my career, supporting Primary and High School learners across a range of subjects.
I pride myself on being professional, well prepared, and reliable. I take time to understand each learner’s needs and work closely with students to help them build confidence, improve understanding and develop effective study habits.
I have experience working with learners of varying abilities and learning styles and I adapt my approach accordingly. My focus is on clear explanations, structured lessons and steady academic progress.
I communicate clearly with both students and parents and aim to create a supportive, respectful learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material.
I am committed to providing high quality academic support and approaching each lesson with care, patience, and professionalism.

I am passionate about education and have worked in the field for most of my career.
My tutoring approach is structured, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs.
I begin by assessing the student’s current level of understanding, learning style, and specific areas of difficulty. Content is then broken down into manageable sections and explained clearly using age-appropriate examples.
A typical lesson starts by identifying what needs to be completed, understood, or clarified. We then focus on developing understanding through revision, organisation strategies, learning tools, and guided practice.
I am proficient in English and teach confidently in English. I tutor a range of subjects, including English and History, at Primary and High School levels.
I have extensive experience working with learners of all abilities and aim to build both academic confidence and independent learning skills.
