About Bethany
I am a piano tutor with 3 years of experience and hold a Bachelor of Music in Collaborative Piano. My teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, musicality, and individualized learning to help each student reach their full potential. I believe that deep musical understanding comes from integrating theory, ear training, history, and technical skills into every lesson. I have taught students ranging from Early Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate, as well as Professional and Expert levels. Lessons are carefully tailored to each learner’s pace, goals, and style, ensuring progress feels both meaningful and achievable. My focus is on expressive playing, supported by strong technique, sight-reading, and interpretive skills. My sessions encourage curiosity, creativity, and a genuine appreciation for the art of music.
