About Nora

I am a piano teacher with over 7 years of experience teaching both in-person and online. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a focus on Pedagogy. My teaching philosophy centers on developing sight-reading fluency, detailed score analysis, and interpreting complex classical repertoire with both technical skill and emotional depth. I believe that every piece has a story to tell, and understanding that story is essential to bringing music to life. I adapt my lessons to suit each student’s individual needs, whether they are beginners, advanced learners, or professional pianists. My approach combines music history, theory, focused finger exercises, and period performance practices to offer a well-rounded musical education. This helps students not only improve their technique but also deepen their connection to the music. I have worked with a wide range of students, from those just starting out to expert classical pianists refining their artistry. My goal is to help every student reach their full potential while fostering a genuine love for the piano. About the lesson
