About Joud
I am a private piano teacher with over 15 years of experience. I work with students of all levels and needs. A McGill graduate with a bachelor of music, piano instrument (teacher: Marina Mdivani)
and a minor in entrepreneurship in music. I’ve been working in Montréal, Canada since 2011, before that I was teaching piano in Aleppo, Syria at the Aleppo Music Institute and at home.
I speak fluent English, Arabic and intermediate French. First level Japanese.

My lessons are designed according to each student’s desired outcome. I believe that music is for everyone, that’s why I customize my lessons to accommodate students’ abilities. I work with students to improve their practicing techniques, from music reading to tempo, fingering, scales and pedalling. I also prepare students for RCM exams.
