About Mae
I am a committed piano tutor with over 13+ years of teaching experience, helping students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds learn and improve their musical skills. I am passionate about making music education simple and accessible.
My teaching style focuses on communication, patience, and structured learning. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s level and goals, ensuring they build a strong foundation before moving to advanced topics. I teach piano along with music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to support complete understanding.
I include practical examples and song practice to make lessons more engaging. My unique skill is creating simple learning methods that make complex topics easy to understand. I help students develop discipline, confidence, and consistency. I aim to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel motivated to learn and enjoy music.

My teaching methodology focuses on engaging, flexible, and creative learning. I believe piano lessons should inspire confidence, foster creativity, and develop technical skills while remaining fun and motivating. Through open communication, I understand each student’s goals, strengths, and challenges, allowing me to design lessons that are effective, personalized, and enjoyable.
Creativity is a key element of my approach. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose, and explore different musical styles, fostering originality, artistic confidence, and self-expression. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and learning preferences, making progress smooth, productive, and rewarding.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated methodology develops technical mastery, expressive skills, and musical understanding. My aim is to help students become confident, creative, and lifelong musicians.
