About Mark
I am a business owner and personal trainer that has taught in the civil service and privately tutoring fitness instructor and personal training courses and assessing.
I worked in the prison service for over 16 years, for which I worked 10 years as a Physical Education Instructor. The main roles were planning activities for up to two hundred staff and over five hundred inmates.
Planning and implementing fitness programme for both staff and inmates, including a calendar of Special Events Fitness training for staff and inmates of all age groups and ability’s. This also included preparing and developing students undertaking fitness instructor/personal training and indoor cycling courses.
I have coached and help pass over 100 students that have gone on to run their own personal training business.
