About Emily
I am a certified group fitness instructor currently running my own fitness company! I have experience personal training anybody from postnatal moms to seniors! I pride myself in finding ways for people to enjoy the workouts that they are doing!

I structure my sessions based on what my clients goals are, their fitness background, access to equipment etc. For example if one of my clients wants to build muscle muscle, I will focus on compound movements rather than a lot of cardio!
