About Stella
Sports coach since fifteen years, I'm especialized in overall fitness, and in sports preparation for short-performance sports, and in postsurgery, post-traumatic postural rehabilitation and postpartum fitness. I've worked with many people in functional rehabilitation, in overall fitness but also in sports preparation for athletes engaged in international challenges.
