About Jasmit

I am an 18-year-old A-Level student with a unique perspective on learning English. Originally from Germany, I moved to the UK at the age of 9 and had to adapt to a completely new language and environment. Learning English was not always easy, but through dedication, self-motivation, and consistent effort, I was able to overcome those challenges and develop a strong understanding of the language.

My own journey has taught me that anyone can improve with the right guidance, patience, and determination. I was once a student who struggled academically, but through hard work and commitment, I was able to transform my results and achieve success in my exams. This experience allows me to understand the difficulties students may face and provide support from a place of genuine understanding.

I want to help others discover the beauty and importance of English by making lessons engaging, encouraging, and tailored to each student's needs. My aim is not only to improve language skills but also to build confidence, helping students realise their own potential and achieve their academic goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and academic goals. Whether you're preparing for GCSEs, A Levels, or simply looking to build confidence in a subject, I'll create a structured plan to help you make consistent progress.

I believe the best way to learn is by understanding concepts rather than memorising facts. During our lessons, I'll explain topics clearly, answer any questions you have, and use worked examples to ensure you fully understand the material before moving on.

Each session is interactive and focused on helping you develop confidence alongside knowledge. We'll work through exam-style questions, identify areas for improvement, and build effective revision and exam techniques to maximise your results.

My aim is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at your own pace. Whether you need regular weekly lessons or short-term support before exams, I'm committed to helping you achieve your academic goals.
