About Latifa

Bonjour, je suis Latifa — native French tutor with a Master’s from La Sorbonne and an MBA from Lancaster University. I’ve been based in London for 14 years, teaching learners from many backgrounds and helping them reach their French goals with clarity and confidence.

When we start working together, I’ll first assess your current level and ask about your goals — whether it’s passing an exam, preparing for work, or feeling confident in everyday conversations. Then, I’ll create a clear, personalised plan to get you there efficiently.

I help:

Brevet & Baccalauréat students – Improve written and oral skills, master exam structure, and gain confidence for top grades.

Business professionals – Communicate confidently in meetings, presentations, networking, and professional emails in French.

Expatriates & relocators – Learn the French you need for daily life: housing, work, admin, and social integration.

DELF/DALF or TEF/TCF candidates – Prepare strategically with past papers, targeted speaking practice, and mock exams.

Conversation learners – Develop natural fluency, accurate pronunciation, and cultural understanding for travel or personal interest.

I can switch between English, Spanish or French if needed — making learning smoother for you. My style is warm, approachable, and encouraging. I create a safe space where you’ll feel comfortable speaking, stay focused, and make real progress — while enjoying the process.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully tailored to your goal. In our first session, I’ll assess your current level and ask about your objectives — whether that’s passing an exam, improving your French for work, preparing for a move abroad, or feeling confident in everyday conversations.

From there, we’ll focus only on what matters most to you:

If you’re taking an exam, we’ll work directly on the criteria, past papers, and the exact skills you need to pass.

If it’s for work, we might focus on presentations, meetings, professional emails, or confident speaking in a business setting.

If it’s for daily life or travel, we’ll practise practical conversations and listening skills to help you feel at ease.

Each lesson is clear, targeted, and practical — so you spend your time on what will get you results.
