My teaching approach is student-centered, practical, and result oriented. I begin by assessing each student’s current level of understanding, strengths, and weak areas. Based on this, I tailor my lessons to suit the student’s pace and learning style.

I break down complex mathematical concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations, using real-life examples and worked solutions. I encourage active participation by asking questions, giving practice exercises, and correcting mistakes together with the student. For exam classes, I focus heavily on past questions, common exam traps, and time management techniques.

My goal is to help students not only pass exams but also build confidence and truly understand Mathematics.

Typical Length of a Lesson
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes.
This duration allows enough time for:

Explanation of concepts

Worked examples

Student practice

Questions and clarification

For exam preparation or group revision classes, lessons can be extended to 90 minutes if needed.

Qualifications & Experience
I have several years of experience teaching Mathematics at junior and senior secondary school levels. I have worked with students of different abilities, including those who struggle with Mathematics and those preparing for major examinations.

Through my teaching experience, I have helped students improve their understanding, confidence, and academic performance in Mathematics, especially in WAEC, NECO, and JAMB.
