About Khalid
I am currently an Aerospace Engineering undergraduate at UCLan, but my passion for education started much earlier. When I was studying for my own IGCSEs, my father was my Mathematics teacher. That shared experience brought us incredibly close; he became my greatest mentor and role model, showing me firsthand the profound impact a dedicated teacher can have. Inspired by his approach, I began teaching immediately after finishing my own IGCSEs. I want to pass on that same level of guidance, structured support, and confidence to the next generation of students to help them achieve their highest potential

I offer specialised Mathematics tuition tailored specifically for GCSE and IGCSE students. My standard lessons run for 1.5 hours, which provides the perfect amount of time to introduce complex mathematical concepts and immediately apply them to real past-paper questions without feeling rushed.
As an Aerospace Engineering undergraduate with over four years of tutoring and classroom experience, my teaching methodology focuses on breaking down difficult problems into simple, systematic steps. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student's individual pace, focusing heavily on exam technique, time management under pressure, and building the confidence required to achieve top grades.
