About Blair

I am a Mathematics tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience and hold an MPhil in Mathematics. Over the years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each with unique needs and challenges. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Mathematics focuses on making the subject both practical and engaging. I go beyond theory to show how math applies in real life. Along with core topics, I also cover financial mathematics, interest calculations, investment analysis, and budgeting applications. These areas help students connect numbers with everyday money management. I believe learning is most powerful when students see its value. That’s why I emphasize practical financial literacy through mathematical models. By using simple examples, I make complex concepts easier to understand. Students not only learn formulas but also how to apply them in real-world situations. I have worked with Coder and Olympiad aspirants, helping them refine their ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. I dedicate myself to guiding them in managing money using math as a tool. This builds both confidence and independence. With consistent support and practice, students learn to approach financial and mathematical challenges with clarity. My goal is to make sure they excel academically and feel capable of making smart financial decisions in everyday life.
