About Jasmin
My name is Jasmin, and I am a 23-year-old mathematics graduate from Munich, Germany. I recently completed my bachelor's degree at Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis. I’ve been tutoring since I was 17, helping middle and high school students in subjects like math, physics, chemistry, and German. During my university studies, I also provided peer tutoring, supporting my fellow students. I’m very passionate about education and helping my students succeed. Beyond tutoring, I am also an active soccer player and a youth coach with the St. Louis CITY SC Futures program. My diverse background and dedication to both academics and sports ensure that I bring a well-rounded approach to my tutoring sessions.

My approach as a tutor is very adaptable and focuses on the individual needs of each student. I design lessons to be either practical or theoretical, depending on what works best for every individual. I teach middle school through college students in subjects such as algebra, calculus, statistics, and trigonometry. I am passionate about teaching, and as a recent college graduate, I can easily empathize with students, which makes it easier for me to understand their challenges. Before each session, I assess the students' weaknesses and needs, explain the topic, work through exercises together, and evaluate their progress to determine what needs to be repeated in future lessons.
