About Jhyll Norman
Hello, I am Teacher Jhyll Norman Neis, a Licensed Elementary Teacher with over 12 years of classroom experience and certifications in ESL/TEFL. I specialize in teaching Mathematics and English using a structured, scaffolded approach—I Do, We Do, You Do—to ensure every learner builds confidence step by step.
My lessons are interactive, engaging, and values-driven, integrating fairness, teamwork, and carefulness alongside academic skills. A typical session begins with real-life examples, followed by guided practice, and ends with independent application and reflection.
