About Ismail
I'm friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people learn. I believe the best lessons are interactive, encouraging, and even a bit fun! My aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence as they improve. I also believe communication is key to tutoring because students and tutors require trust to ensure the students learn at their best ability.

I take a patient, supportive, and engaging approach to tutoring, tailoring every lesson to each student's individual needs and learning style. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and Grade 7 in biology and grade 8 in chemistry and physics, along with two years of tutoring experience, I understand the GCSE curriculum and the common areas where students require the most support. I have finished A-levels but I am still waiting on results. Soon, it will be displayed.
Lessons are delivered digitally through screen-sharing, allowing me to explain concepts clearly with digital notes, worked examples, and interactive problem-solving. I combine thorough content review with regular GCSE past paper practice to help students develop both confidence and strong exam technique. Throughout each lesson, I challenge students with targeted questions to encourage independent thinking and ensure they fully understand each topic rather than simply memorising methods.
Each lesson lasts one hour and is structured to make the most of our time together, balancing explanation, guided practice, and exam-style questions. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions while being encouraged to reach their full potential.
My lessons are designed for students aged 15–18 who are studying STEM subjects and aim for STEM courses at university, whether they are aiming to improve their grades, build confidence, or achieve the highest marks.
