About Shivansh

I am currently a Juris Doctor student at Monash University with close to four years of professional experience in legal and corporate roles, including work at HSBC and a law firm in India. I graduated with a GPA of 9.19/10 and achieved an IELTS Academic Band Score of 8.0.
I offer tutoring in IELTS Preparation, English, Legal Studies, History and Politics.
My teaching style is practical, structured and tailored to each student's needs. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on identifying areas where students need support and helping them build confidence through clear explanations, targeted feedback and consistent practice.
For IELTS students, I provide guidance on test strategy, time management and techniques for each section of the exam. Having gone through the process myself, I understand both the challenges and the skills required to achieve a strong result.
For Legal Studies, History and Politics, I help students develop analytical thinking, essay-writing skills and the ability to construct well-reasoned arguments. I also support university students seeking to improve their academic writing, research and communication skills.
Lessons are available online or in person in Melbourne and are designed to be engaging, supportive and focused on achieving measurable progress.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades or test scores, but also to help them become more confident, independent learners.

Whether you're preparing for the IELTS, improving your academic writing, or studying essay-based subjects, my focus is on helping you understand concepts clearly and build confidence along the way.
For IELTS students, I focus on practical strategies, time management, and improving performance across Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. For subjects such as Legal Studies, History, and Politics, I help students develop strong analytical skills, structure arguments effectively, and write with clarity and confidence.
Lesson Format:
Lessons are typically 60–90 minutes and can be conducted online or in person in Melbourne, depending on what works best for you.
