About Lissa Natalia

Hello, students. My name is Lissa Natalia, and I am a lecturer in management, finance, accounting, and business administration at Technology College Sarawak. I have a Master's in Business Administration in Finance, and I have been teaching for 7 years. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with you and helping you achieve your academic and career goals. I have expertise in various topics, such as finance. Some of the courses that I teach are Financial Accounting, Finance, and Management Accounting. I also have experience in bookkeeping, and I can provide you with practical insights and examples from the real world. I am looking forward to meeting you and working with you this semester. About the lesson

My teaching methods are based on the following principles: Active learning: I use interactive activities, such as case studies, simulations, and group projects, to engage my students and enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Differentiation: I adapt my teaching strategies to the diverse needs, goals, and preferences of my students, using various assessment tools, such as quizzes, assignments, and feedback surveys, to monitor their progress and provide personalized support. Feedback: I provide timely and constructive feedback to my students on their performance and areas for improvement using various communication channels, such as email, online forums, and office hours.

The typical length of a lesson is 90 minutes, which allows me to cover the key concepts and skills in each topic, as well as to conduct formative and summative assessments. I plan my lessons based on the learning outcomes and objectives of each course, using the syllabus, textbooks, journals, and online databases as my main sources of information.

I hold a Master in Business Administration Hons. Finance from UNIMAS. I have also received the Best Teacher Award from my previous college for the year 2016.
