About RACHEL
I grew up doing gymnastics, and coached children between the ages of 3-12 for 3 years. Gymnastics is a sport that requires lots of equipment, so a gym may be required for students wishing to really immerse in the sport.

The way I approach gymnastics training is to find out the ways that an individual lacks the strength needed to be a gymnast, and build on those ways until they are improved and successful. I am a high-energy, fun teacher!
