About Kenneth
My dad bought me my first guitar when I was nine years old, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I grew up in a musical family and played my first live show with my dad’s band at twelve. I continued playing shows through my teenage years and into my early twenties. Throughout my teens I explored guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, and piano, but the guitar always felt like home.
Though I’m familiar with many styles (country, rock, folk, pop, etc.), I’m especially passionate about helping students build a strong foundation through the techniques of rock and blues guitar. Whether you just want to strum your first chords, learn expressive bends, or dive into soloing, I’d love to help you become the guitarist you want to be.

I believe the most important part of learning guitar isn’t natural talent—it’s motivation. My teaching style focuses on helping you build your confidence, and enjoy the process from day one. Instead of overwhelming you with technical details early on, I’ll help you play things that sound good immediately, so practice becomes something you look forward to, not a chore.
