About Ewan
I am a musician based in Manchester and having been playing guitar for over 10 years. I have a degree in Songwriting from the University of Sussex and have experience in playing live, recording and composing songs. I was self-taught up to the age of 12 when I decided to take lessons and do some music theory learning.

I give lessons to beginners looking to learn the basics of playing the guitar and to people who are looking to find their passion for playing an instrument. I am interested in structuring my teaching style around the individual needs of each student as I believe everyone learns differently. The key is patience and clear structure. I also believe in a practical, hands-on approach to learning to play, as well as using the students love of music as there inspiration and direction for learning and developing their playing style.
