About Samantha

I have been a lover of the French language since 1999 when I first took the subject in school. I continued my French studies all throughout High School as well when it was not mandatory for our studies anymore. I have continued to use my French as an adult during my travels to Montreal, Carcassonne, Nimes, and Nice. I enjoy teaching and sharing my love of the language and culture to those who are willing to listen and learn.

I have ADHD and because of this, I feel that I am able to bring more creativity, connection and fun to my lessons than others can. I am able to think outside of the box and help your kids remember and use the language to succeed.

About the lesson

Le français peut être amusant!

As someone who learned more French from experience with travelling than with your regular classroom plans, I understand that each child is unique and learns in their own way. This is why I will discuss with you (and/or your child) to figure out how they learn and how to best provide them with the tools and skills necessary to succeed in learning the French language.

My favourite is introducing young children to the language because I get to set the tone for how they feel when learning new languages as they grow. However, I am able to each children from K-12 the French language and what they need to pass their classes and enjoy the language at the same time.
